Over the past year, we are proud to report the successful rollout of many new initiatives including:
- Release of Open Practice ASCENT - thank you all for making this release so successful!!! With our more streamlined release processes, we have seen the fastest / highest uptake with this release.
- Commercialization and Release of Open Practice ARROW - providing a high quality, future-proof practice management system aimed at small / start-up firms.
- Regular Update Releases Delivered to Open Practice Products - improved development processes have ensured the continued compliance of the Open Practice Software. New methodologies have allowed compliance releases and general program updates to be delivered back to clients in a timely manner.
- Seamless Integration with Open Practice Searching - many Open Practice Customers are now enjoying Phase 2 of the Open Practice Searching Integration which provides the highest level of efficiency in capturing all of your searching disbursements (live) without manual data entry.
- Technical Compliance of SQL 2005 and Windows Vista - which enables Open Practice to be continually relevant with changing technology.
- Targeted Training Initiatives - has provided outside Metro and Regional clients with the opportunity to take up 1:1 / Group Training in a convenient cost effective manner.
- Fulfillment of Partnership Change / Incorporation Projects - allowing Open Practice to service the changing needs of your businesses with minimum fuss.
- Greater End of Year Support - EOFY Workshops, 1:1 assistance, streamlined procedures and weekend support has ensured firms are fully equip to complete the rollover as efficiently as possible at the most convenient time.
- Client Account Managers - allowing each customer to have a designated point of contact to manage Support, Consulting, Training and CFP requirements efficiently and effectively.
- New CFP Program / Advance Renewals - providing customers with the flexibility to choose the level of support that best suits them including discounted training options.
Without the ongoing enthusiasm and support of each client, we would not be able to report such achievements, so please accept our continued thanks.
The next 12 months will see many of the above initiatives continued and improved. We also look forward to the progression of brand new initiatives including:
- New Open Practice and CFP Websites.
- Commercialization and Release of Open Practice APEX.
- Continued Upgrade assistance to enable all existing clients to take-up Open Practice ASCENT (from earlier versions).
- OPD Enhancement Program to ensure continued evolution of our Document Management solution.
- Continued developments to the Open Practice Searching portal, providing the widest range of searching products and increasing the benefits of Searching Integration with OP.
