Client Fulfilment Program (CFP)

CFP allows you to keep up to date with the latest developments in your practice management investment. CFP is an economical subscription service payable by monthly Direct Debit. The service delivers cost effective benefits (such as software updates) for all licensed software, on-going research and development in a rapidly changing environment. It also provides access to the special client section of the Open Practice website, www.openpractice.com.au with admission to a variety of online resources including software downloads and commonly asked questions.

Open Practice clients receive the highest level service standards within the legal industry. We provide personalised Help Desk support via our National Client Centre in addition to providing professional consulting advice in our product range. Our team works side by side with you to provide the best possible client service for your individual requirements.

Service Orientated

Open Practice offers long support hours and a variety of support options for our clients enabling us to help our clients as long and as often as required. The National Client Care Centre operates from 7am to 7pm AEST, Monday through Friday. Weekend support can be organised by prior arrangement under standard consulting rates. Clients may log support queries online through the CFP area, by calling 1300 366 002 or email.
